Description: 1961 "Shooting for 61 in 61" souvenir button. Large 6" diameter celluloid button issued in 1961 to commemorate the epic home run chase by Mickey Mantle and Roger Maris in pursuit of Babe Ruth's record. The back of the pin remains unused including its original cardboard easel backstand.
