Description: Rare 1955 All American Sports Club complete set of (500) sports star photos on uncut sheets with original envelope (EX overall). Set consists of (16) 9"x12 1/4" b&w printed sheets. (15) of the sheets each feature (32) different photos and (1) sheet features (20) photos and the checklist. All of the photos are numbered to correspond with the checklist. Sheets feature: (109) basketball player photos (George Mikan, Bill Russell, Tom Heinsohn, Bob Cousy, Bob Pettit, Tom Gola, and others); (15) boxer photos (Ezzard Charles, Joey Giardello, Billy Peacock, and others); (132) football player photos (George Blanda, Tom Landry, Frank Gifford, Johnny Lattner, Kyle Rote, Pat Summerall, Don Shula, Charley Trippi, Bobby Layne, Leon Hart, Chuck Bednarik, Otto Graham, and others); (215) baseball player photos (Pee Wee Reese, Enos Slaughter, Ted Kluszewski, Ted Williams, Al Kaline, Stan Musial, Red Schoendienst, Duke Snider, Willie Mays, Phil Rizzuto, Babe Ruth, Richie Ashburn, Early Wynn, Yogi Berra, Roy Campanella, Jackie Robinson, Mickey Mantle, Warren Spahn, and others; (20) golfer photos; and (5) tennis player photos.
