Description: 1940s-50s Brooklyn Dodgers related ephemera incl. 1941 yearbook and (4) broadsides (PR-NM) Includes 1941 Dodgers "Lifebouy Edition" yearbook which has general handling wear and tears/chips to all pages on right edge. There are some small pieces of tape on bound edge; 1942 yearbook withheavy wear and chipping. Covers are separated and have tape stains and pencil marks (PR); (3) period broadsides advertising newspapers with Dodgers being the central focus. Two are for "Timely Events" with the first titled "The Year Is Here" showing a 1952 Dodgers team photo (trimmed along bottom edge) and other from 1953 with "National League Winners" title and team photo. The last is from "The News" with "Baseball's Debut" title. Fold lines and mild to moderate wear; smaller broadside advertising a train trip to see the Dodgers play the Phillies at Connie Mack Stadium; vintage Ebbets Field postcard; 1942 Brooklyns Baseball Biography publication.
