Description: Boston Red Sox jacket professional quality jacket c.1950s-60s - from the Bill Nowlin collection with loose attribution to Ted Williams (EX) Satin jacket done in classic deep blue with Red Sox logo patch on front chest has red, white, and blue trim. A "Tim McAuliffe" tag appears in one pocket and another tag has likely been removed from the other (some stiching/loose thread remains). Consigned by Bill Nowlin, noted author of nearly 20 Red Sox related books, whom relates that he has had it for around (20) years. Although paperwork can not be located, he relates that he bought it at auction as having come from the Estate of longtime Red Sox P.A. announcer Sherm Feller and it was sold, at the time, as being Ted Williams' jacket.
