Description: Rare Spalding Official National League yellow night baseball autographed by Johnny VanderMeer c.1939 Spalding F.Frick Official National League baseball is a rare experimental yellow version which saw use in just (4) games played in 1939. Original examples are notably rare and seldom come to market. Autographed "Johnny VanderMeer" in ink with the date of his second no-hitter inscribed to one side. Ink signature rates 7/8 out of 10.
