Tommy Heinsohn assumed duties as head Coach of the Boston Celtics in 1969 on the heels of one of the most successful playing careers in NBA history. Tasteful design features a diamond of approx. .60 carat weigh set within basketball figural mount at center of the top face which reads, "N.B.A. World Champions."
