Wooden plaque (8"x10") has a metal plate on front which reads "Tom Heinsohn, East Coach, NBA All-Star Game Seattle, Washington January 15, 1974." His likeness is above. The game marked Heinsohn's third selection as the East Team coach. Hint of light wear visible from front, when viewed from the back a crack in the wood can be seen.
