Description: Roger Maris professional model baseball bat c.1967-68 (Direct photographic provenance). Louisville Slugger 125 model bat measures 35" long and weighs 32.8 oz with model number U1 stamped on knob end.. Vintage "9" written in black marker on both knob and barrel ends. The bat does not show any marked use other than some surface wear and few green rack marks. Obtained directly from Roger Maris by the consignor and is accompanied by copy of an original photograph picturing the consignor with Maris and Cepeda in the locker room when bat was obtained. Includes LOA from Hunt Auctions, letter of provenance from consignor, and color image of consignor with Maris and Cepeda: EX-EX/MTEstimated Price Range: ($2,000-$4,000)
