Description: Outstanding c.1991-97 Cal Ripken Jr. autographed professional model baseball bat (PSA "GU 10"). Louisville Slugger 125 model P72 bat with Ripken facsimile signature in the barrel measures 35" long and weighs 33.1oz. Uncracked with evidence of outstanding use including ball and cleat marks throughout the barrel. In addition there is minor grain swelling due to repeated contact. A heavy coat of pine tar remains on the handle. Signed "Cal Ripken Jr" in silver marker rating 8 out of 10. Includes a Tony LaRussa signed Animal Rescue Foundation COA which is dated 1994, the 8th season in which Ripken would earn a Silver Slugger Award batting (.314). Among the better Ripken bats we offered with regard to provenance, use characteristics, and overall eye appeal.
