Description: 1971 Orlando Cepeda autographed Atlanta Braves professional model home jersey (SGC/Grob - "Superior/Excellent"). Pinstriped jersey has "Braves" team name across the front and number "30" on back. A logo patch is on the left sleeve. "Cepeda 1971 - Set 1" embroidered strip tag appears in the collar and there is a "Wilson" tag on the left front tail (size 44). The front tail has had some material removed along the lower edge (as a result the Wilson tag was folded over) and was professionally hemmed and there are what appear to be the initials "O.C." or "D.C" written in the collar in faded black marker. Signed "Orlando Cepeda, 1958 Rookie of year, 1967 MVP" in marker rating 7-7/8 out of 10. Strong use and wash wear are evident throughout. A desirable Hall of Fame flannel dating to the later period of Cepeda's career. Includes auction LOA from JSA and LOAs from SGC (graded "Superior/Excellent") and Hunt Auctions: EXEstimated Price Range: ($5,000-$7,500)
