Description: 1972 Roberto Clemente Dapper Dan presentational award clock. Cased brass carriage clock by LeCoultre as presented to Clemente on February 6, 1972 in recognition of the athlete who best "publicized the city of Pittsburgh in 1971." by the Dapper Dan Club. The clock exterior has some moderate patination and surface wear to the brass areas. Inscribed brass placard affixed to the base has been replaced in the exact manner as the original based on period family inventory image (included). 9 1/2" tall.
