Description: Dick Groat autographed c.1950s Pittsburgh Pirates professional model hat. Desirable original hat has the Pirates "P" team logo embroidered on front in yellow. "Rawlings" tag appears on the interior leather hand which is stamped with the size (7). Player number "24" is written inside in vintage marker in similar style to notations which can be found on other period pieces of Pirates game equipment. Signed "Dick Groat" under the brim in ink rating 7 out of 10. Well preserved with light evident use and a touch of age/storage related wear.
