Certificate number (412) issued by "The National Exhibition Company" in 1924 (the Corporate name under which the New York Giants operated) is made out to Charles Stoneham for (2,500) shares. It has been signed on the front by Charles Stoneham in his role as team President and he has also signed the back upon redemption in 1926. Below is a type written statement regarding the terms of a prior arrangement and Stoneham has again signed below along with "John J. McGraw" and a third party. Signatures have been graded "NM 7" by PSA. General handling and storage wear includes creases/wrinkles, some mild toning, and there is a strip of toned tape along one edge.
