Certificate number (301) issued by "The National Exhibition Company" in 1915 (the Corporate name under which the New York Giants operated) is made out to famed Giants Manager John J. McGraw for (4) shares. McGraw has signed the certificate on the back (upon transfer/redemption in 1916) and written "Mrs. Blanch L McGraw" (his wife's name) just above. The signature have been graded "NM 7" by PSA. General handling and storage wear includes creases/wrinkles, some mild toning, and there is a portion missing from one edge.
