Description: Bill Russell autographed Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame Induction presentational jacket Very fine and prestigious orange sportscoat as presented to Bill Russell in recognition of his election to the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame. The jacket presentations began with the class of 2016 and display the Hall of Fame insignia patch on front with interior labeling, "Custom Tailored for Bill Russell". Signed by Russell in black sharpie across the front adding "1975" and "2019" inscriptions representing his original election years as a player and then the year in which he accepted his Hall of Fame ring, respectively. Iconic presentational piece with relation to a player's crowning achievement with the offered example noted as the finest of its type to have been offered at public auction.
