An "NBA 50" logo appears on left front chest and it has been signed just below "Bill Russell 50 Greatest" in marker rating 9/10 out of 10. On the left sleeve is the number "6" and "Celtics" team name is across the back. "Jeff Hamilton" tag in the collar has adjacent size "XXXL" tag and an additional tag inside (signed by Hamilton) relays that the jacket is one of (50) which was commissioned and designed by the NBA.
