Description: 1963 Sandy Koufax autographed "Picture Pal" agreement and twice endorsed related check. March 21, 1963 dated one page agreement signed "Sandy Koufax" (on the back) granted use of his facsimile signature and likeness. Also included is the check with which has was paid which has been endorsed on the back twice. The first signature reads "Sandy Koufax" and the second is a much rarer "Sanford Koufax." All signatures are done in ink rating 7/8-8 out of 10. Light handling and storage wear. Includes auction LOA from JSA: EX-NMEstimated Price Range: ($500-$750)
