Description: Interesting lot of autographs, ephemera, and pins from the Eric McNair (and McNair Family) Collection. Includes 1941 All-Star Game press pin (at Briggs Stadium) (missing screw down closure on back); late 1930s Boston Red Sox team photo (noted on back as being taken in Spring Training) incl. Foxx, Grove, Berg, and Yawkey; 1931 and 1937 American League schedules (printed on 9.5"x15" paper); (2) Eric McNair autographed personal checks and (2) counter checks; Pinky Higgins handwritten and signed note (appears to be the last page of a more lengthy letter); autographed index cards or cuts of Lefty Grove, Ed Rommel, Max Bishop, Joe Boley, Jimmy Moore, and Mule Haas; small sepia toned (2.5"x3") image of McNair in uniform taking part in a ceremony; (2) paper tags related to the 1934 Tour of Japan (as would have been affixed to luggage) including (1) which has McNairs name and address written on; figural bat shaped pen/pencil set with McNair facsimile signatures; c.1930s Athletics souvenir pin with ribbon and charm; and 1940 Play Ball cards of Walter Johnson (FR/GD) and G.C.
