Gilt framed shadowbox style display as presented to Ted Williams by Mickey Mantle, featuring a New York Yankees State of New York embossed badge having blue inlaid lettering, "Mickey Mantle Hall of Fame 1974 New York Yankees 7". Engraved placard is displayed beneath, "Ted Williams You are The Greatest And a Very Special Friend. Thanks, Your Friend Mickey Mantle". Glass free display has some minor surface scratching to the placard and a few areas of the matting: EX-MT. The lot also includes: 10"x13" black and white photographic lithograph of Joe DiMaggio, Mickey Mantle, and Ted Williams signed "Best Wishes Mickey Mantle" in black ink. Signature rates 9/10 out of 10: NM and black and white 8"x10" photo of Ted Williams and Mickey Mantle signed by Williams in gold sharpie: NM.
