Description: 1947 Carstairs Whiskey Baseball Calendar (VG/EX). 11"x24" cardboard backing with 11"x12" paper calendar. Top of cardboard pictures Carstairs whiskey bottles and reads: "Carstairs Baseball Calendar Unbeatable in any League". Front page of calendar reads in part: "This baseball calendar has been specially prepared for you to record the daily results for the entire season of all scheduled games of the American and National Leagues". Calendar has a page for each day from April 14th to Sept 28th showing American and National league teams that played each day with blocks for recording the scores. At end of calendar is a page for each World Series game and a regular calendar page for Oct to Dec. Calendar is unused, with pages clean overall, with exception to some moisture staining on a very small number of pages. Exterior shows moderate corner, edge, and surface wear: VG/EXFinal Bid: $32.00
