Description: Panel of (4) 1955 World Series full phantom tickets (EX). The White Sox began September in first place, but a four game losing streak dropped the team to third in the American League where they would finish the season in spite of a 91-63 record. For the third time in four years, the World Series would be an all New York affair. This panel of four tickets was printed in anticipation of a World Series in the Windy City that never was. The four tickets to Comiskey Park show minimal wear with three spots of glue residue on the back of the panel resulting from scrapbook mounting: EXFinal Bid: $89.00
