Historical "Twelfth Annual Report" of the National Baseball Commission, the governing body of Major League Baseball from 1903 to 1920, when it was disbanded following the Black Sox Scandal. Book is signed on the title page "Compliments" by Secretary John E. Bruce. Signature rates 8 out of 10, and book has scattered age-related wear: VG/EX.
