Description: c.1959 Cincinnati Reds professional model hat autographed by Gene Freese - short lived style (VG-EX) Pinstriped hat with red brim and embroidered "C" team logo is a style which was only in use in 1959 and possibly a portion of the 1958 season. In 1960 the Reds pinstriped hats had a border added around the team logo. "Wilson Professional Cap" tag is on the interior band which is stamped with size (7). Number "12" is written under the brim and the top is signed by Gene Freese in marker rating 8 out of 10. Freese did wear this number but only played with the Reds from 1961-63. Use and some general age related wear: VG-EX ($300-$500)
