Description: 1978 Willie Mays twice signed "Willie Mays Story" agreement (Sigs. NM) Multi-page document related to the production of "The Willie Mays Story" motion picture. This appears to have been a file copy as all pages are photocopies of the original document. The last page is signed twice in ink "Willie Mays" rating 8 out of 10. The page before is signed by Lee Mendelson of the production company. Staple holes and minor handling/storage wear. There are some notes and highlighted portions. Includes certificate of provenance from the Willie Mays Collection: Sigs. NM
