Description: Vintage Willie Mays travel bag ("W.H.M. 24" intials) with Mets era photo showing it (VG-EX) Vintage leather travel bag (approx. 18" long) has "W.H.M. 24" impressed in gold lettering on the top. It shows use and age/storage wear but displays very nicely with the initials bold and well pronounced. Includes a c.1972-73 black and white 8"x10" photograph showing Mays in the Mets locker room (with Tug McGraw whom is handing him a cigar suggesting it may have been taken just after they won the 1973 NL Championship) and what appears to be this same bag can be seen on the shelf above Willie. Photo has "Daily News" stamps/marks on back. Includes certificate of provenance from the Willie Mays Collection: VG-EX ($300-$500)
