Description: Spalding "No. 53" youth model baseball bat with rare gold ring decoration, c.1890s (EX). Very fine quality youth model bat has "Spalding" trademark (retouched) at centerbrand area, along with several gold ring decorations and black-painted end. Bat is 30" long with moderate use/wear: EX (with note on touched-up Spalding trademark). ($500-$1,000)
