Description: Lot of (9) vintage c.1940s-60s baseball related photographs (GD-EX/MT) Includes (2) vintage Satchel Paige 8"x10" photographs which are crisp and clear images. These possibly date to era in which they were taken but may have been developed in a slightly later period; vintage 1939 New York Yankees team photo; "Billy Taub Clothier" promotional photo which includes Babe Ruth, Max Schmelling, Jack Sharkey, and other period notables. It appears vintage and likely dates to the 1940s. Removed from backing with paper residue throughout the back; small vintage snapshot photo of Johnny Evers which is likely an image of an image and dates c.1950s-60s; 8"x10" portrait photo of Branch Rickey as a player which has 1949 date stamped on back. Front has mask applied in preparation for publication; image of the opening game of the 1916 World Series which was likely printed c.1950s-60s based on UPI stamp on back; photo of Joe and Dom DiMaggio with 1958 date stamped on back; photo of Joe DiMaggio with 1963 date stamped on back.
