Description: Christy Mathewson photograph by Charles Conlon c.1910s (PSA/DNA "Type II"). Sepia tone 6.5"x8.5" photograph showing Christy Mathewson in his classic follow through pose. Based on the original taken by Charles Conlon in 1906 (this being a c.1910s restrike) with his own "Matty in 1906" handwritten notation on the back. Light toning and wear with some residue at corners (most notably upper right) which is the result of prior mounting.
