Description: 1956 Topps near-complete set (349/350) with SGC-graded Mantle, plus checklists. Generally lower-grade complete set with a mixture of white and gray backs is missing only one card for completion: #260 Pee Wee Reese. Both checklists 1-3 (GD) and 2-4 (VG/EX); (both unmarked) are included, for a total of 351 cards in the lot. Key card #135 Mickey Mantle (gray back) has been graded SGC 3 VG. Other ungraded keys grade as follows: #s 5 Ted Williams gray back (PR), 15 Ernie Banks white back (VG; miscut), 30 Jackie Robinson white back (FR), 31 Hank Aaron gray back33 Roberto Clemente white back (FR), 79 Sandy Koufax white back (VG), 110 Yogi Berra gray back (FR), 130 Willie Mays white back (GD; miscut), 200 Bob Feller (VG), 251 Yankees team card (VG/EX) and 292 Luis Aparicio RC (VG/EX). Balance of the set appears mostly VG with some better and some worse. Range: PR-EX.
