Description: 1967 Steve Carlton autographed St. Louis Cardinals contract - World Series Championship season. Uniform Player's contract as executed between Carlton and the Cardinals for his services during the 1967 season. It would mark his first as a regular member of the Cardinals rotation and he went 14-9 for the club with 2.98 ERA. He would soon establish a reputation as an intimidating presence on the mound and went on to be a dominant force in the National League for the nearly two decades that followed. Signed by Carlton ("Steven N. Carlton"), N.L. President Warren Giles, and Cardinals G.M. Bob Howsam. Ink signatures rate 8 to 8/9 out of 10 (Howsom lesser at 6/7).
