Description: Outstanding Alan Trammell autographed professional model glove c.1980s SSK brand left handed glove has "Alan Trammell" embroidered along the outer thumb. Well broken in with heavy use and any model number/designation has been worn away. Signed on the inside (where the hand slides into the glove, "To Andy, Best of Luck, Alan Trammell" and inscribed just above "Remember 84" in black marker rating 8 out of 10. Trammell spent (20) years as a member of the Detroit Tigers, the majority of that time as their regular shortstop. He earned (4) Gold Gloves for his play in the field and a trio of Silver Slugger Awards for his performance on the other side of the plate. He was named MVP of the 1984 World Series after hitting .450 in the Series, including a pair of two-run homeruns, to help lead the Tigers to a Championship.
