Original program as issued for a banquet honoring Johnson on his 50th birthday as celebrated at the Mayflower Hotel n Washington, D.C. n 1937. The foldout scorecard was issued to replicate his 1907 debut and pictures Johnson on the front cover. Signed. "Best Wishes Walter Johnson" in blue ink across the front rating 8 out of 10. Scorecard has a few light fold lines otherwise presenting very nicely.
