Description: 1922 Ty Cobb single signed baseball. B.Johnson American League ball signed across a side panel by Cobb with date of "6/7/22" in his hand as well. Black fountain pen signature rates 6 out of 10 with date being a grade lighter due to fading. Ball itself presents uniformly with light to moderate toning having few surface scratches likely from game use. Noted for accuracy, the PSA letter notes the possibility of some faded writing or signatures on the ball. Under examination with the VSC machine JSA has confirmed no other writing or signatures on the ball. Desirable playing career single signature baseball.
