Die-cut piece folds closed to resemble a baseball with oval window on front that allows for viewing of an image which is printed inside. Issued by Altes Beers for which he was likely a spokesman and signed below his likeness "Harry Heilmann" in fountain pen rating 8/9 out of 10. Also personalized in his hand below a typewritten note.
