Description: Rare Jean Beliveau endorsed Mailhot & Freres hockey stick rack c.1950s-60s. Period point of sale store display has a metal sign incorporated at the top which shows Beliveau as a member of Montreal Canadiens. Texts advertises "Batons De Hockey" (hockey sticks) as made by Mailhote & Freres of Victoriaville, Quebec. The Company, and the Victoriaville product line, would go on to become the standard in professional quality hockey stick making. The rack is free standing at 71" tall with the wheeled base measuring 12.5"x22.5" and there is just a touch of light wear: EX-EX/MTEstimated Price Range: ($750-$1,250)
