Description: Outstanding 1986 Cal Ripken Jr. autographed Baltimore Orioles professional model home uniform from the Ripken Collection (Ripken signed LOA) (SGC/Grob: EX). Jersey and pants issued to Ripken for use during his Silver Slugger Award winning season. White home jersey has "Orioles" team name across the front with number "8" below. Number also appears on the back below a "Ripken" nameplate. Rawlings tag on the inside front tail notes size (46) and there are adjacent "Set 1 1986" flag and "3 Inch Extra Length" strip tags. Pants are likewise by Rawlings (size 38) with embroidered "8" and "38 29 2 86" strip tags. Adjacent to the later is a "Set 1 1986" flag tag. Both pieces have a small tag affixed inside with (4 or 5) digit code which are likely inventory tags of some sort. Strong use and wash wear are evident throughout. Also includes a pair of orange stirrup socks, LOA signed by Cal Ripken Jr confirming both use and that the uniform originates from his personal collection, and LOA from SGC/Grob (EX): EXEstimated Price Range: ($10,000-$15,000)
