Lot Number: 188

Description: 1925 World Series program (at Washington). Original program has been scored in pencil to reflect Game (4) which was won by Washington 4-0 behind the pitching of Walter Johnson. Mild general handling and age related wear includes some scattered wrinkles and small creases. It appears that the center scorecard pages have been secured in place by a professional conservator who likely performed some additional work to stabilize the piece. Several interior page are loose from the binding. Very nice example of one of the more infrequently offered World Series programs from the 1920s: VG-EX with note to description

Estimated Price Range: ($750-$1,250)
