Description: Jerry Remy autographed Boston Red Sox professional model road jersey c.1978. Grey knot pullover jersey with red on navy blue "Boston" lettering across the front in tackle twill with matching "2" on the back. Proper McAuliffe manufacturer's tagging inside the collar area with size 40 supplemental tag. Vestiges of year tag stitching holes are found within interior tail (appropriate) which is now missing. Strong use throughout including pronounced area of soiling to right shoulder area. Few areas of additional minor staining scattered throughout which may be from use or after. Signed by Remy across the front in blue sharpie. Jerry Remy was a beloved player for the Red Sox and later grew to become a huge fan favorite as one of the team's broadcasters.
