Description: September 9, 1965 Sandy Koufax Perfect Game ticket stub. Desirable original ticket stub issued for the Dodgers vs. Cubs game played at Dodger Stadium in which Sandy Koufax recorded just the 6th Perfect Game of the 20th Century. The occasion stands as the first and only Perfect Game in Dodgers history and it was the fourth no-hitter of his career. Authenticated and encapsulated by PSA with "Good 2" grade assigned. A faint wrinkle can be seen upon close examination of the front and there is some toning at two corners.
