December 31, 1950 dated typed letter on Pirates stationary has been signed "Branch Rickey" with the signature graded "Gem Mint 10" by PSA. Content reads in part, "…I enjoyed my stay in Brooklyn, and I did the best I could, not only to give us a good team in Brooklyn, but to make it representative of the kind of recreation that Brooklyn deserves.
