Description: Brooklyn Dodgers professional model hat from the Walt Alston Collection c.1950s. Desirable original hat likely issued in the mid 1950s has the Dodgers "B" logo embroidered on front and a white button accent. "Tim McAuliffe" label appears on the interior leather band which is stamped with the "KM Pro Cap" logo and size (7 1/4). In very fine overall condition with little to no visible use and a touch of light age/storage related wear. Includes a letter of provenance from the daughter of Walt Alston confirming that the hat was issued to her father and LOA from Hunt Auctions: EX/MTEstimated Price Range: ($750-$1,000)
