Presentational placard (11"x14") as awarded to Bill Russell during festivities surrounding the 1975 All-Star Game which marked the 25th Anniversary of the event. Wooden backing has a certificate laminated on front which features a large NBA logo and text reading, "25th Annual N.B.A. All-Star Game, Bill Russell is presented this Special Citation, Selected to the All-Star Team in 1958, 59, 60, 61, 62, 63, 64, 65, 66, 67, 68, 69..."
