Original January 1974 NBA "Notification of Fine" as issued to Bill Russell for a technical foul by reason of "unsportsmanlike conduct". The fine was for $50.00 issued to Russell as coach of the Seattle SuperSonics. Signed at the top with satirical inscription, "I didn't do it, Bill Russell" in blue ink. Unique and interesting signed document from Russell's important head coaching tenure.
