Description: Shea Stadium Radio Broadcast Booth - the room where all Mets Radio Broadcasting took place at Shea Stadium. Original door as long used in Shea Stadium for the room from which long time announcer Bob Murphy would call games. Done in metal measuring approx. 81"x27" it would slide open and closed via wheels along the upper edge. Wear evident throughout as expected given long term use as intended. The Mets logo "Home Radio" placard remains on front however an additional above has since been removed (there is currently an image of Murphy standing beside the door affixed in its' place.
