Description: Eddie Mathews autographed Atlanta Braves professional model hat c.1969. Classic style with deep blue body and red brim, with red button accent, has the "A" team logo embroidered on front. "Wilson Professional Cap…" tag remains on the interior band which is stamped with "7" size. Size is also stamped on the underside of the band along with "BXC" date code (suggesting manufacture in March of 1969). Player number "41" is written under the brim in vintage black marker and it has been signed "Eddie Mathews" rating 8/9 out of 10. Well preserved with mild evident use. Mathews' famed number "41" was retired by the Braves in 1969 following his retirement the previous year. In total he had spent (15) years with the franchise and remains among their All-Time Greats.
