Description: 1968 Walter Alston Los Angeles Dodgers professional model home jersey (Alston Family Provenance). Cream colored jersey has "Dodgers" team name across the front with number "24" below. The number also appears on back. On the front tail is a "Tim McAuliffe" tag with year ("68") and size ("45") tags below along with an "Alston" embroidered strip tag. In exceptional condition with a touch of light evident use and minimal age related wear. Alston was then in his 15th consecutive season at the helm of the Dodgers, a streak which would continue through 1976. In that span he lead the franchise to (7) National League pennants and (4) World Series titles. Includes LOA from Hunt Auctions and letter of provenance from Alston's granddaughter: EXEstimated Price Range: ($2,000-$4,000)
