Description: 1954 New York Giants World Series Championship 14K gold ring. Desirable original ring as presented to Fred Fleig in his role as a high ranking National League Front Office Official. Classic design has a diamond set within center of a ball field which is surrounded by garland accentuating the top face. Lettered around the edge, "World Champions 1954" with each corner bearing impressed home plate or base. Left shank has a relief of the Polo Ground with a flag flying above which boasts the score of each series game. The year, "1954" is below. Right shank has "Giants" stylized team name set above a crossed bats/ball motif with the year repeated at bottom. Interior band is marked "Balfour 14K" and has "Fred Fleig" engraved in Swiss style lettering. Ring is size 10.25 and displays light wear.
