Description: 1912 L1 Helmar Leathers #132 Ed Walsh. Desirable oversized (approx. 10"x14") leather premium issued by Helmar in exchange for coupons packaged with their "Turkish Trophies" line of tobacco products. The coupons could be exchanged for a T3 Cabinet Card (10-15 coupons), S81 Silk (20-25 coupons), or an L1 Leather (35-50 coupons). This trio of premiums are among the most sought after tobacco related issues in the hobby and the L1 Leathers are by far the rarest. Bold image appears as defined as the day it was printed with leather having some light wear (including a few very small scuffs) visible on front.
