Description: August 20, 1979 Johnny Bench career home run #324 baseball - tied Frank Robinson for the Reds team record. Rawlings C.Feeney Official National League baseball was hit by Bench for the 324th home run of his career off pitcher Dan Schatzeder of the Montreal Expos in Riverfront Stadium. Ball displays mild soiling/toning and appropriate light wear and has a vintage "#324" ink notation on the side panel. The home run tied him with Frank Robinson as the Reds All-Time leading home runs hitters. Two days later he would pass Robinson and went to hit a total of (389) which remains a Franchise record to this day.
