Description: Duke Snider professional model baseball bat c.1953 (PSA/DNA GU5). Louisville Slugger 125 model bat measures 35" long and weighs 33.2oz. The bat shows moderate to heavy use including ball marks, stitching impressions, and grain separation to the barrel area. Handle retains remnants of white tape but its found in a spiral position which is noted to be different than some other Snider bats which possess a "criss cross" pattern. Knob end displays model CH7L stampings with trademark and facsimile signature stampings remaining quite bold. Back of the barrel has some gouges of varying degrees.
